*Refunds / cancels for Pre-order items are not possible after release date*

Thank you for choosing our products and services.  This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

  1. Refunds for Fake or Heavily Damaged Items: We understand the importance of receiving genuine and undamaged products. In the event that you receive an item that is proven to be fake or heavily damaged, we will gladly offer a refund. To qualify for a refund, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

    a. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item. b. Provide clear evidence, such as photographs or videos, demonstrating that the item is fake or heavily damaged. c. A unedited video of opening the box is mandatory to request for a refund. d. Once the evidence is verified, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  2. Returns and Refunds for Other Reasons: Please note that returns and refunds for reasons other than receiving fake or heavily damaged items are not possible. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, specifications, and images before making a purchase decision.

  3. Exclusions: The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

    a. Changes in personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the product. b. Damage caused by improper handling or usage. c. Normal wear and tear of the product over time. d. Failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.

  4. Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, please allow 1 business days for the refund to be processed. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

  5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs associated with the original purchase or return will not be refunded, unless the return is due to fake or heavily damaged items.

  6. Stolen / Lost items: K-House does not provide compensation for lost or stolen items. If there is insurance and the parcel is lost, the carrier will be responsible for compensating for the lost items (limited only to shipment options that have insurance)

In the rare event that we are unable to source your items, we may have to provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
