How can I cancel my order?
Contact us ASAP at [email protected]. We will help you cancel your order. This is only possible before we have sent your order out.
When will my order arrive?
It takes around 1~14 additional business days for us to get the items to the airport. Once they have arrived, the ETA of your order will be the time it will take for your items to arrive. (There is additionally processing time please be aware of this)
We start delivery for Pre-Order items 2 days after release. This time will be additional to the expected shipping time.
Can I return my items?
Unfortunately, we do not process returns / refunds.
My items came damaged / missing what do I do?
Contact us within 3 days of arrival at [email protected]. We will need an unboxing video for us to process a refund.
